Morocco - La Perle de Tanger

Tangiers, once an English colony, is a city of over a million inhabitants bordered to the North by the Strait of Gibraltar, while to the East and South is the province of Tetuan, and to the West, the Atlantic Ocean.

The "La Perle de Tanger", complex, in which the Tower is integrated, is 15 kilometres from the Ibn Batouta International Airport, 2.5 kilometres from the port and is next to the train station. The complex enjoys excellent communications with other important Moroccan cities through the Moroccan road and motorway network..

The “La Perle de Tanger” residential complex project includes six residential towers integrated into a macro-project which includes commercial areas. All this is distributed around an ample surface area of more than 30,000 m2 in size including developed areas, terraces, roadways and a fenced off park area approximately 22,000 m2 in size with an artificial lake, children’s play areas and large gardened areas.
